With 43 employees, 270 Ha on 12 AOC and 1.5 million bottles produced per year, Bordeaux Vineam is today a leading producer of organic wine in Bordeaux.
To achieve its mission, our group challenged its working methods and adopted a series of 33 good practices. While the latter have well-defined virtuous objectives, they often have equally positive induced effects.
These 33 good practices are understood as part of an approach called “Corporate Social Responsibility”.
They were rewarded in 2019 with the Trophée Des Vignobles Engagés «category empreinte» on the occasion of the competition organized by Terre de Vins, Sud-Ouest in partnership with the CIVB.
Since 2017, all our properties located in Gironde have been HVE level 3 certified.
In addition to environmental requirements and an assessment of our practices, we have set up results indicators relating to biodiversity, phytosanitary strategy and fertilization management.
This allows us to better manage and manage our impact on the environment.
But also to improve our brand image and reassure our customers about our knowhow.
We control the impact of our work on the world around us and are concerned about the satisfaction of our customers. Our properties are ISO 14001certified.
To continue in this process, we have just been certified IFS & BRC Food at Château Bourdicotte in Entre-deux-Mers. We manage our vineyards in organic and biodynamic agriculture. Some of our estates are still in conversion for biodynamic agriculture.
